Sports massage is a form of massage designed to assist in correcting problems and imbalances by manipulating the soft tissues that are caused from repetitive and strenuous physical activity and trauma. The application of sports massage, prior to and after exercise may aid recovery, enhance performance and prevent injury. Massage therapy can also be used as part of a preventative care program. This includes sports training, injury prevention and ongoing stress management.

Had a sport massage with Trevor and request to focus on my stiff shoulder & neck. He was able to identify my problem & focus on the right areas. I felt very relaxed after the massage & looking forward to a sound night sleep. Will be coming back for more sessions.
