Physiotherapist/Founder
With a degree in Bachelor (Hons) of Science in Physiotherapy, and a diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, Trevor is an Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) certified physiotherapist, with over 5 years of working experience. Previously working in Singapore General Hospital (SGH), he has gained valuable insights and experiences working with different patients in areas such as musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation etc. He has worked in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation for the past 2 years and have received the “Service with A Heart Award” for his outstanding services in SGH. He specializes in working with people with orthopaedic conditions and pre/post-operative rehabilitation such as neck, shoulder and knee surgery.
Besides working in a hospital and clinic setting, the outgoing and outdoor loving Trevor has also engaged himself as a Sport Trainer and travelling physiotherapist, covering sport teams and games such as Rugby, Frisbee, Football from local secondary schools to university games to following Singapore national sport teams for international competitions.
Sports Trainer
Fawzi has over 20 years of sports training experience, having previously worked with FAS and Singapore Sports Institute. With his extensive knowledge and understanding of physiology and the body’s response to various exercises, he recommends achievable goals and guides his patients towards them. He also tailors his training to accommodate the specific needs and backgrounds of each patient. Fawzi’s specialisations include rehab training and return-to-sports programming.
Fawzi’s hobbies include cycling, working out and coaching football, which allow him to better understand movement and transfer these practical skills to training clients.

Clinic Associate
Hannah graduated with a Bachelor’s in Sport Science in 2022. Prior to her graduation, she has worked part-time and did her internship with us from May 2021, and has since been a full-timer with us.
As a clinic executive, she handles the daily operations of the clinic which include appointment scheduling and updating the client database. Apart from that, she conducts sports training and sports massage sessions for clients. Outside of the clinic, she is involved in sports game coverages for Polytechnics, Universities and National Sports Teams (Floorball). In addition, she is also an assistant sports trainer for the Tampines Rovers Football Club where she assists with the rehabilitation of players during training days and provides match coverage during match days.
Despite being relatively new to the industry, Hannah continues to deepen her knowledge and is constantly reading up on the different conditions and their rehabilitation process, ensuring that she can value-add to her clients needs and serve them to the fullest.

Intern
Syntyche is an NTU undergraduate currently pursuing her degree in Sports Science and is expected to graduate in May 2024. She has been working part-time with us from June 2023 and will continue with us as part of her final year internship program.
Her work scope includes helping out with the daily operations of the clinic, such as administration and basic clinic management. Furthermore she provides additional support by conducting sports training and sports massage sessions for the clients. Apart from clinic support, Syntyche also heads out for sports games coverage of school games for Polytechnics and Universities, and assists with rehabilitation efforts for the Tampines Rovers Football Club.
Syntyche has been actively involved in the sports industry from a young age, having represented Singapore for netball until last year, taking a break to focus on her studies. Her passion is to be behind the scenes supporting people of every age and background return back to pre-injury status through rehabilitation and exercise. During her time here, she has learnt to appreciate the importance of a patient-centred environment and now strives to expand her knowledge while providing holistic care for her clients.

Intern
Joey is pursuing a degree in Sport Science and is expected to graduate in May 2025. She’s passionate about Strength & Conditioning and hopes to gain more hands on exposure while completing her degree. Being keen to gain more knowledge & insight into the rehabilitation process of injuries, she started working part-time with us.
She hopes to integrate mentioned knowledge to enhance her skills to program, coach and train individuals to condition & prevent injuries, at the same time improving strength, mobility and functionality.
