With a degree in Bachelor (Hons) of Science in Physiotherapy, and a diploma in Sports and Exercise Science, Trevor is an Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) certified physiotherapist, with over 5 years of working experience. Previously working in Singapore General Hospital (SGH), he has gained valuable insights and experiences working with different patients in areas such as musculoskeletal, neurological, geriatric, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation etc. He has worked in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation for the past 2 years and have received the “Service with A Heart Award” for his outstanding services in SGH. He specializes in working with people with orthopaedic conditions and pre/post-operative rehabilitation such as neck, shoulder and knee surgery.
Besides working in a hospital and clinic setting, the outgoing and outdoor loving Trevor has also engaged himself as a Sport Trainer and travelling physiotherapist, covering sport teams and games such as Rugby, Frisbee, Football from local secondary schools to university games to following Singapore national sport teams for international competitions.
A certified physiotherapist with the passion and drive, Ezora is the baby of the team. She attained her degree in Bachelor(Hons) of Science in Physiotherapy from Trinity College of Dublin and is a registered with Allied Health Professional Council. Having worked at Ng Teng Fong General Hospital for 5 years, she has experience with patients from various specialities like geriatrics, neurology, cardiopulmonary and orthopaedics. With a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, she has been involved in providing game coverage for various sport teams such as frisbee, rugby, soccer, basketball since being a physiotherapy student. These sport coverage ranges from local competitions to international ones such as the World University Games (WUG) and ASEAN University Games (AUG).
“You are only as strong as you think you are” has always been Stanley’s belief when it comes to training athletes. Especially after a long layoff due to injury or surgery, improving an athlete’s psychological well-being is as important as his/her physical attributes. Stanley specializes in training post-op athletes to ensure they return back to their sports safely and confidently. Every individual is unique and training programs are customized to suit individual athlete’s needs.
With a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, he has worked with Singapore General Hospital’s physiotherapy department for more than 2 years and has successfully seen athletes or individuals return to competitive and recreational sports. With more than 7 years of experience as a Muay Thai and conditioning coach, he has used his knowledge in improving functional performance in a rehabilitation setting.
Stanley also coaches strength and conditioning for student athletes from various varsities in Singapore.
