Level 1 & 2 Sports Taping Course (May 2026)

Level 1: 23 May 2026 (Saturday) 9-4pm

Level 2: 24 May 2026 (Sunday) 9-4pm

In this workshop, you will learn both the fundamentals and advanced applications of sports taping to support injury management, enhance stability, and improve movement confidence.

We begin with the basics—covering essential anatomy and introducing the principles of rigid taping, making the content accessible even for those without prior experience. You will learn key taping techniques for common injuries and understand how to apply them effectively.

As the workshop progresses, we build on this foundation by introducing more advanced strategies, including dynamic and combination taping approaches. The focus shifts towards clinical reasoning—helping you assess movement, identify underlying issues, and select the most appropriate taping method for each individual.

By the end of the course, you will not only be equipped with a wide range of taping techniques, but also the ability to think critically and adapt your approach confidently across different injuries and scenarios. SIGN UP NOW!
